Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only. We are unable to accept orders for delivery outside Australia at this time.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Standard shipping is free on all orders within Australia, with no minimum spend.

Most orders are delivered within approximately 5–12 business days, depending on the item and your location. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery estimates are a guide only and can be affected by carrier delays, remote locations and peak periods.

Remote areas

Our carriers cannot deliver to a small number of remote postcodes. If your address is one of them, we will contact you before dispatch to discuss options, or refund your order in full.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders are packed and dispatched by our fulfilment partners. If your order contains more than one item, it may arrive in separate parcels.

When your order ships, we will email you tracking details.

Delivery problems

If your tracking hasn't updated for several business days, your parcel shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, or it arrives damaged, please email hello@snouthaven.com with your order number and we will help.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible.

We can't always change an address once an order has been dispatched.
